Less time on admin, more time for your work

Invoices in one program, appointments in another, paperwork in boxes. Ngento is online management software that brings it all into one app with your name on it: documents, accounting, quotes and invoices, appointments, members and your website, on your computer or your phone.

What eats up your time today

Ten tools, ten passwords

Quotes in one program, the calendar in another, files in a third. With Ngento, everything is in the same app, with a single login.

The paper you can't find

The bank wants a certificate, the insurer a contract. With Ngento, every document is filed by category and year, and can be found from your phone.

Quotes waiting for a signature

Print, sign, scan, send back: the customer forgets. With Ngento, they sign online and you see whether the quote was viewed, signed or declined.

Sunday-night bookkeeping

Receipts pile up in the glovebox. With Ngento, you photograph them: the entry is suggested, and posted on its own when the reading is certain.

Rules that keep changing

Since 1 September 2026, every French business must be able to receive e-invoices. Ngento receives them through an approved platform.

Booking appointments by phone

Three calls to find a slot. With Ngento, customers book online and get an email confirmation.

The idea

One tool instead of several subscriptions

Everything in one place

Your customers, documents, figures and website share the same information: no more typing the same address into three programs.

Your name, your colours

The app carries the name of your business or association. Your customers, members or team sign in with their own access.

Only the modules you need

Add a module from the library when you need it and remove it when you don't. Your data stays put.

Documents

Your documents, filed and easy to find

A certificate needed on a Friday evening, a contract for the insurer: drop a file or a whole folder, and each document is renamed and filed automatically by category and year. To find it again, type a word from its name, its category or a year, on your computer or your phone.

Documents module: file drop area, counters by category (insurance, tax, bank, invoices, legal) and the list of filed documents with their year.

Quotes and invoices

Signed quotes without chasing

Prepare quotes and invoices with your logo and details, then send the quote for signature: your customer signs online, on a computer or a phone. Each quote shows its status (pending, viewed, signed, declined) and you can remind the signer in one click. Invoices are made in the same module, in Factur-X format when needed.

Contracts, quotes and invoices module: a paid invoice, a quote sent for signature and a draft quote, with their amounts and the PDF, Sign and Factur-X buttons.

Accounting

Bookkeeping that keeps up

No more shoebox at year end. Your receipts and bank statements (imported, or synced from Qonto) feed the accounting entries; the app remembers how you classify them, prepares the year-end statements, including the simplified French tax return, and shows the next deadline, such as a VAT return.

The accounting module follows French rules and forms.

Accounting module: next VAT deadline, key figures and the 2033-A to 2033-G forms of the simplified French tax return.

Website

A website that doesn't gather dust

The website nobody dares touch because “it's complicated”: here, you build it from the app. Pages, articles, contact form, online booking, your own domain; it uses your colours and contact details and goes live page by page. The website you are reading was made with it.

All about the Ngento website builder

Website module: site pages (home, about, services, shop, contact, blog), online booking and domain and search settings.

On your phone

The same app in your pocket

On a job site, at the market or between two appointments: Ngento works on phones, with navigation at the bottom of the screen. Add it to your home screen without going through an app store.

FAQ

Before you start

How much does Ngento cost?
Sign-ups are closed for now. Join the waiting list and you will receive the prices before we open. If you would like help (set-up, importing your data, training), we'll give you a quote.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The app opens in your browser, on a computer or a phone. On a phone, you can add it to your home screen and open it like an app.
I'm not a computer person. Is it for me?
Yes: you only switch on the modules you use, and a guided tour shows you the app's main buttons. If you'd rather have help getting started, we offer it on a quote basis.
Is the app available in English?
Most of the app's screens can be shown in English; a few modules are still in French only. Accounting and e-invoicing follow French rules.
Where is my data hosted?
On Hetzner Online servers in Germany, within the European Union.
Who publishes Ngento?
Ngento is a trade name of Challl, a French simplified joint-stock company registered in Fréjus under number 130 301 021. Details are in the legal notice.
