Subscription
The price of one block, based on the size of your local authority
Blocks offered to local authorities: Territoire (area assessment and action plan) and Moins jeter (waste and reuse, with residents). Every block has the same price, that of your band. The tools are in French and cover France only.
10,000 to 49,999 residents

50,000 to 149,999 residents
€800 excl. VAT per month, per block

150,000 residents and more
On quote
A large local authority has its own needs: we prepare a quote.
Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at the applicable rate when it is due. The population used is the municipal population published by INSEE (for an inter-municipal body: that of all its municipalities). One-year contract, renewable up to three times. One electronic invoice per quarter, for the quarter just ended, submitted through Chorus Pro (the French public invoicing portal); payment within 30 days. Offered by Challl, of which Ngento is a trade name.
Once
Setting up your organisation: once
Setting up means installing your local authority's Ngento app: your municipalities and places imported, accounts for your staff, a remote handover session and a commissioning report. It is paid once, for the whole organisation, whatever the number of blocks: €500 excl. VAT under 10,000 residents, €1,500 from 10,000 to 49,999, €3,000 from 50,000 to 149,999, on quote above.
Then you add blocks as you need them, with no new set-up fee: you only pay their subscription. From two blocks, 15% off the subscriptions.
Calculation
Example
An inter-municipal body of 30,000 residents takes Territoire and Moins jeter: €300 + €300 = €600 excl. VAT per month, less 15%, that is €510 excl. VAT per month (€6,120 excl. VAT per year), plus €1,500 excl. VAT to set up, once.
Over four years: €25,980 excl. VAT, below the €60,000 excl. VAT threshold under which a French local authority may buy on a simple quote, without advertising or competitive tendering (public procurement code, article R2122-8, in force since 1 April 2026).
